I save 4800 a year on my hair by cutting it short, wearing it natural and dying it myself at home. Previously I was spending 200 a month to have my hair relaxed and colored. I also stopped using acrylic nails and go in maybe once a month for a full mani/pedi, saving me $120 a month. The dollar store is a wonder for toilet paper, feminine napkins, toothpaste, soap, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. But compare these items to the same items at costco. Sometimes its cheaper there and sometimes its not. The point being is to buy items you need everyday in bulk at the cheapest price possible.
