I save a great deal of money on my grocery shopping using coupons. I try to combine them with what’s on sale to maximize my savings and this is something you’ll see me talk about throughout this blog.

I get my coupons through two main sources. The Sunday newspaper and the internet. When I buy the Sunday paper, I buy several copies for multiple coupons. When I print them out off the internet, I print several copies if the site allows it.

Here’s a bunch of free printable coupons that you can print right from your computer and use the next time you go shopping.

Ziplock Bags
Bertolli Pasta Sauce
Tide Laundry Detergent (exp-12/31/08)
Country Bob’s Sauce

great ideas for saving money. And don’t be afraid if it only saves a few pennies. When you put all your savings together, they can really add up, if you’re really trying. I always like to show my clients how small savings can add up to big money over time:
    Save $1 per day = $30 per month = $365 per year
    Save $50 week = $200 per month = $2,400 per year
